In saucepan combine1/2 cup water, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, pinch of salt and cinnamon. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring, until boiling; boil and stir about 1 minute longer. Stir in blueberries; cook about 30 seconds. Refrigerate covered about 1 hour Cut 6 blueberry biscuits horizontally in half. Top each half with blueberry sauce, whipped cream and remaining biscuits.
Blueberry Biscuits
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut butter into flour mizture until butter resembles small peas. Stir in milk, just until blended. Add blueberries, stirring until just combined
On a lightly floured surface pat or roll dough to a 1/2 inch thickness. Using a 2 1/2 inch round biscut cutter, cut out biscuits, repatting scraps to cut out additional biscuits. Place on ungreased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart; bake until golden, 12 to 15 minutes
